Zoning Committee

The zoning committee will be responsible to follow Forsyth County zoning request and advise the HOA on matters of potential concern. They will build relationships within Forsyth County leadership to assure Polo’s voice is heard. The zoning comittee will partner with the Communication committee to ensure residents are informed of important public hearings and commissioner meetings. Lastly, they will evaluate partnering opportunities with other HOAs and coalitions focused on issues associated with rapid growth and revised zoning in the County.
